− Air conditioning was not working, and despite informing the staff, it took them five hours to fix it. Staff was inconsiderate and rude.

− We waited 45 minutes in line for check in. And the slow elevators also took a sizeable chunk of our lives. The room was small, run down and a bit smelly. Strained carpet and no shower curtain.
