5.0− No fridge or tea coffee facilities in room The breakfast was very plain and cheap for the cost of room, to be handed hot water in a paper cup and having to make own tea was very poor service for the cost of the room. No bar or food service open till after 5pm in the hotel.

6.0The hotel’s main positive point is its very central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Good access to the main attraction walkable distance or via underground.
− However, the arrival experience was disappointing, with no assistance from the staff or explanation of the hotel’s facilities and services. The room was acceptable but very dated, lacked attention to detail, and had poor sound insulation, with street noise clearly audible even on the 14th floor; not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided upon arrival.

− The staff was all with bad attitude and zero supportive. I had a package delivered on the 14 and they stated multiple times it was not there and then ln the 16 it magilly appeared end of date. Making me waste a tone of time investigating etc.
