A very good stay with one disappointment.
10.0We were very happy with our room. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the roof top (R&R) for drinks and dinners. The food was exceptional as was the service. We want to give a special thanks to SALEM for his efforts in helping us with directions, recommendations for places to see and his general concern that we were enjoying our visit. Edri Vanersa was very efficient in processing our final bill. We look forward to our next visit to Boston and your fine hotel.
− After giving you a good review, I think that you should know the following: Upon arrival, we were directed to a room off the lobby to get a complementary coffee. (We were paying a nightly Amenities Fee of $46.58) Both of the urns were empty. Staff sent us to Rebels Guild restaurant where coffee, for we three women cost $18.00. When we questioned it, the server said that they were not connected to the hotel. Somewhat disappointing.
Super clean and cute hotel in a great location
9.0Didn't explore much but was super close to Boston Commons and Public Gardens. Also had a handful of restaurants and fast food places nearby. Close and easy to get to Fenway Park, too. Great location. Loved the rooftop bar and the on-site restaurant had a really intimate feel. A bit dark, though. The hotel had a sophisticated style with touches of Boston history. Elevator is fast and never had to wait. Parking is convenient, being attached to the hotel. Loved the room had balcony and we were lucky enough to get a room at the end of the hall.
− We aren't a dumb family but we really struggled with the A/C unit. It was feast or famine -- too hot or too cold. Made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. My biggest complaint - no refrigerator! That was really disappointing and would likely make me choose another hotel if I were in the area again.
