Le personnel la décoration le restaurant la navette gratuite

− Notre première chambre était vraiment mal placée avec le bruit de machines à laver toute la journée de 6h à 22h… c’est une chambre pmr et je me demande comment cette chambre peut être réservée au vu du bruit surtout pour des personnes en situation de handicap qui ont besoin de bon repos comme mon fils. Nous avons ensuite pour la deuxième nuit eu je nouvelle chambre qui était beaucoup mieux. Si nous avions eu directement la deuxième chambre j’aurai probablement mis un 9/10.

Fine for a short stay to be close to Universal

Good for proximity to Universal with free shuttle through the day. It’s a small hotel that was overall quiet and spacious. I would stay again if price was better than Sheraton or Hyatt but only for a couple of nights to do Universal. Swimming pool was nice and whilst small generally you could get a sunbed ok. They also showed classic movies at the pool every night which the kids loved.

− Sketchy location - surrounding area doesn’t feel safe. Not much in the vicinity to walk to explore. Food service at hotel was dire. Waited an hour on first night for food even though we were first people there. Staff were unhelpful when we chased it up. Glad we didn’t pay to have breakfast included. We paid a couple of times for buffet breakfast which was the worst I’ve had in terms of selection and quality. Only eggs, bacon and sausage, couple of cereal options, fruit, toast and pastries. No pancakes, omelettes, waffles etc you’d normally expect from a buffet especially in the US. Hotel also asks you not to get fresh towels every day for sustainability yet has many things in the room that are single use plastics including sugar and plastic stirrer wrapped in plastic, disposable paper cups wrapped in plastic, single use minis in the bathroom and glasses that come wrapped in plastic. They also won’t let you dry your clothes on the balcony due to the ‘ambience’ and want you to spend $5 per load using a dryer. Aside from how this is a poor sustainability practice the ambience is more adversely affected by the location and homeless sleeping on the street out front not some tourists trying to dry their swimmers.

Le personnel est prévenant sans être obséquieux. Décoration totalement fidèle aux photos. Ambiance familiale. Très bonne cuisine.

The hotel has a great vibe, facilities and food were good. Would definitely stay again. One-off my favourite hotels.
