− Quarto pequeno, banheiro sem amenidades, sem roupão, sem chinelo, sem charme nenhum. Parece hotel 3 estrelas

7.0La ubicacion es excelente, como turista. Tanto el diseño del baño como de la habitacion muy bueno. El desayuno muy completo y de buen sabor.
− Cuando me entregaron la habitacion, no estaba limpia la taza del inodoro. Llame a recepcion y al ver que no venian a los 20 minutos, sali al corredor y encontre una persona de aseo y le pedi el favor que la limpiara. Las ventanas no son insonorizadas por lo tanto al amanecer se ecucha todo lo que pasa afuera.
Una experiència desagradable i molt decepcionant.
4.0El personal, en general, era molt atent i amable, però el valet que em va acompanyar a deixar el cotxe a l'aparcament assignat em va indicar deixar el cotxe en un lloc molt estret i de forma irregular. Ell va baixar del cotxe per ajudar a dirigir-me, i tot i així vaig acabar rosant la punta del cotxe contra la barrera lateral. El lloc d'aparcament assignat era realment ridícul.
− L'habitació assignada ha estat interior, amb sols una finestra a un pati de ventilació, i no se em va donar la opció de una millora. L'espai era petit per un hotel de 5*. N'hi sobren al menys una. Nomé hi havia un seient a una habitació que és doble, i per postres van programar un manteniment del sistema elèctric a la 1 de la matinada, el que va disparar la alarma contra incendis, i quan va finalment aturar-se el escàndol de l'alarma va quedar encesa una llum súper intensa durant un a bona estona que no deixava tornar a dormir. I per postres, a les 2 de la matinada sant tornem-hi: alarma, llum intensa... Una nit de tortura. Mai més tornaré a aquest lloc i no el recomano gens.

− Siamo stati svegliati tre volte nel pieno della notte con sirene anti-incendio senza essere avvisati che l’interruzione elettrica prevista dall’una alle tre (comunicata al check-in) avrebbe provocato tali disagi…….
