10.0This is a hidden gem. Staff are very friendly, making our stay special. We will definitely be back! I want to particularly acknowledge those who are behind the scenes, like Charo, who are essential in the creation of customer experience.

8.0החדרים היו גדולים, פקידות הקבלה היו מאוד נחמדות ועוזרות.
− חדר Triple של הילדים, היו קוביות זכוכית בין המקלחת למיטה. הצוות היה צריך לבוא ולכסות עם נייר וצלוטייפ, כדי שהילדים יוכלו להתקלח. הזמנו מראש שני חדרים. היה ידוע שיש ילדים בחדר. למרות זאת, אלו החדרים שנתנו לנו. הסבירו לנו שזה הסטייל… זה העיצוב… זה לא היה נראה בשום תמונה של בוקינג. החדר של ההורים היה מסריח מעישון וגם המסדרון (בקומה ללא עישון). ארוחת הבוקר יקרה מאוד ללא הצדקה. אין מרכך במקלחת. העיצוב מיושן ונראה שהרהיטים זקוקים לריענון.
