Fantastic location, comfortable room & bed- friendly staff!
9.0The room was a good size, excellent large balcony and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a hotel. Great housekeeping staff. The location couldn’t be beat, walk outside and you’re on the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants to walk to, very accessible to airport. Friendly staff, pool area very cute. I almost didn’t book this hotel due to a number of bad reviews but they must be very, very picky?! This hotel was less than many others nearby and the only thing it was really missing was breakfast which isn’t common in any hotels here without paying $$$$. You get 2 free cups of coffee from a cute coffee stand in the lobby and that was very convenient.
− It’s more of a conference hotel so the lobby isn’t anything special at all (I don’t really care about that though). I did see very long lines at reception desk a few times so that could be annoying. (We checked in late so no line at all for us)
Staff was okay. Housekeeping was great and the hotel was clean, command in a great location
