10.0Location is very ideal for city center shopping and access to transport. Also a relatively close walk to most sights. Very comfortable stay and also very quiet in the room considering proximity to traffic.

− Room was booked for 3 adults but only 2 cups, gowns, hand towels etc provided.
Great stay in Vancouver
9.0Rooms were clean and comfy. Needed to have some parcels delivered to the hotel and staff were very accomodating to receiving it. Location was very convenient, overall a nice place to stay.
− Initial check in could have been a bit more detailed. We werent instructed where the elevator was until we had to ask, which felt a bit weird.
