Great stay at Renaissance Downtown Austin
10.0I enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Downtown Austin. Everyone was very helpful, especially Brenden, one of the valet attendants. Brenden was the first person who greeted me I arrived, and he is the last one I get tot all to on my departure. Truly a great hotel, the staff at the restaurant was great as well. I’ll definitely be back!

overall we enjoyed our stay.
10.0location was great. Parking garage was accessible . The rooms were very nicely decorated, my teenage girls loved them. We will definitely be back for a stay.
− The hotel restroom floor was not cleaned properly. there were hairs on the floor. Should give more attention to this matter.
