10.0The staff was polite and accommodating because they even tried to give us the room ahead of the check in time. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, from the lobby to the facilities to the rooms. Breakfast was great with a variety of food from sweets to savory. The room was pretty and even the bathroom was spotless. We were a family of three adults so the sofa bed was already made. The location itself was a catch, with everything that you might need like shops, restaurants and public transportation. It was also easy to just walk around. Overall we had an amazing stay, no complaints!
