10.0I had a wonderful stay. Food was good, room was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the bay. The service was exceptional. My server Avrea was the best!! She made sure I celebrated my birthday the right way. She was kind , sweet, and I really appreciate her for everything. Can’t wait to come back!

10.0We were welcomed with champagne and smiles on check in. I'm a Marriot rewards member but they never heard of this so they upgraded our room to a water view. One day for some reason they forgot to clean our room. We had to call the front desk for new towels which after 45 minutes never came. So we went down to complain and they offered us free breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience. The buffet breakfast was delicious and our waitress Aurea was wonderful and attentive.

− Kommunikation mit dem Empfangspersonal/ Geschäftsleitung ist sehr schlecht, sobald man ein Problem hat. Wir hatten über booking.com unsere beiden Zimmer gebuch und bezahlt - am Abreisetag wurde mir dann nochmals beide Zimmer auf Kreidtkarte abgerechnet. Auch mein Nachweis der Bezahlung an booking.com (per Handy) hat nichts genutzt. Im Nachgang bin ich seit nunmehr fast 8 Wochen im Kontakt und habe immernoch nur für 1 Zimmer die Erstattung erhalten! Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen geschweige denn empfehlen!
