Decent stay. Fair price.
7.0Great location. Clean. Breakfast included
− Bathroom door is not a door. Lacks privacy. Breakfast very mid.
Amazing would stay here again
10.0Convenient walk to alot of restaurants and the beach!
− The parking was across the street
Great place to stay.
10.0My granddaughter and I visited this hotel. It was very central to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfy. The water was hot.It was clean. Breakfast was OK. It’s a hotel continental breakfast. But if you don’t like hotel Continental there’s plenty of coffee shops just veryclose nearby. The setting for breakfast was very nice! The staff that work here are very friendly and helpful.
Horrible - don’t stay here
2.0Stayed here for a wedding and from the moment I walked in I thought I may have walked into the wrong motel. The entire place is an absolute dump of a motel (because that’s what it is). I stayed here with family and we rented 5 different rooms for 5 days and 4 nights. It was 400$ per night. You would assume that at that price you would receive some sort of premium or quality experience. Don’t get your hopes up. From parking that is 35$ per day that is not commentary - to AC that does not work - to waking up to the awful smell of their putrid breakfast because it seeps through every floor - to the service desk representatives - having to move rooms at 1am - not one time did we get room service in 4 nights - it was overall an absolute awful experience - they reached out after I left a poor review and offered a whopping 60$ back as an apology for the awful awful experience I had. They are a joke of a business and should anyone come stay in La Jolla you will be far better off staying at a holiday inn or motel 6 than staying here. Save ur money and don’t spend 400$ per night for a dump of a motel such as this place.
Awful hotel don’t believe the 5 star reviews
2.0Awful hotel - I had to change rooms because the original rooms ac didn’t work but the new rooms ac didn’t work either so they offered me a fan which was sorta a slap in the face for a hotel that you are paying 400$ a night for - the entire hotel is run down and not near worth 400$ per night - parking is also an extra 30-50$ per day which isn’t included with that 400$ per night fee - offered nothing to make it right - poor excuse for a hotel - do better for your customers
