2.0− It is a very big hotel, but not enough staff to provide services. It took you a lot of time for check-in, luggage storage (with a fee for guests), and room services (I waited for almost one hour at midnight for an additional blanket, since the air-con did not respond to my required room temperature). Unlike other Marriot chain hotels, there is not any clue on the telephone letting you know how to contact room service or the front desk.
Great but go out for breakfast
