1.0Debbie at the front desk was the only good thing along with the location of the hotel.
− When I got to my room it wasn't even cleaned from the person before with drugs spread out on the counter, and I have a child. They gave me a coupon for Starbucks for my inconvenience. Then the elevators didn't work the entire trip so 30 minute waits for elevators. Every morning housekeeping would bang on my door and open it if I didn't answer in time asking if I was leaving. There is only one front desk staff that was nice. Her name is Debbie.

− Lines for check in, breakfast, elevators. Resort fee charged, same amount of food credit given. But then you are also charged NY tax ~10% twice, on the fee and when you use the credits. In the lobby bar, the only place to use the credit, there is a mandatory 15% service charge and 15% gratuity. And they also want a tip.
