Great location, friendly staff!
8.0First the location is great. Walkable to Old Town and museums. Easy access to freeway. Very nice grounds which can be used for receptions, good banquet halls. Beds were comfortable including the pillows. Rooms cleaned and beds made up everyday. Staff very friendly. Restaurant on site.
− The elevators feel very tired. Hallways to rooms look tired as well. I’ve stayed at this property once before about six months ago - pricing for this trip was astronomical for Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. Bathrooms are small with no room to spread out toiletry items.
