9.0موقع الفندق ممتاز حيث يوجد مقابل الفندق سوبر ماركت كبير ومطعم لبناني وهندي وإيطالي ومخابز وبعض المحلات التجارية، وساحة كبيره يتجمع فيها العرب حتى 11 المسا وموقع الفندق امن ويوجد اسفل الفندق كراج لإيقاف السيارات وتكلفته 35 يورو لليوم الواحد، ولكن خارج الفندق يوجد كذلك مواقف على جانبي الطريق وهي مجانية من الساعه 6 مساء وحتى 9 صباحا، بالإضافه إلى وجود مواقف مجانيه خلف الفندق وهي آمنة جدا، بالنسبة لداخل الفندق عندهم خدمة استقبال 24 ساعه وخدمة حمل الحقائب للغرفة مجانيّة وكذلك لوبي كبير جدا فيه مطعم بقاله صغيره ومواقع جلوس وموقع استخدام جهاز الكمبيوتر وحوض سباحة ومساج وساونا مجانيه للسكان، الإفطار صراحة جدا جميل سعره للشخص الواحد 28 يورو في حال دفعت لكامل الايام الي راح تقضيها بالفندق ويكون الدفع عند تسجيل الدخول للفندق في الريسيبشن، أما إذا بتدفع بشكل يومي للإفطار في المطعم راح تدفع 34 يورو لليوم الواحد وللشخص الواحد والأطفال نصف القيمة، الغرف حجمها جيد وهي اوسع من كثير فنادق داخل ميونخ والحمامات نظيفه وفيها شطاف والتكييف الخاص بالغرفه كان جيد جدا ولكنه برودته ليست مثل التكييف في دول الخليج لانه في أوروبا يعتمدون على تقليل في استهلاك الكهرباء ولكن أبدا ماشعرت انه جدا ساخن او ضعيف بالعكس كان بارد ومرضي، وجميع الغرف تقريبا عباره عن غرفة وغرفه متصله بأخرى يعني الي عنده ابناء يضمن انه في باب بين الغرفتين، الفندق يبعد 10 دقايق عن المارينز بلاتر وانصح بزيارة الفندق
