We truly enjoyed the location and view!
8.0The breakfast was full of options and the service was very good. The bar has beautiful views with large lounge chairs and a perfect view. The complimentary caipirinhas were a nice welcome. The beds were comfortable and cozy.
− Upon check-in we were told that we would receive an email when our room was ready and we did not. Once we arrived at our room we immediately noticed that we did not receive the king room with a mountain view for which we had paid. Staff did rectify this immediately with a much better view that was Not the parking lot. Once we decided to extend our stay, and rebooked for 3 more nights, we were Not offered the complimentary 2 caipirinhas. Upon check-out, José noticed that we were checking out at night and very kindly offered to just charge a late check-out fee, as opposed to paying the entire night when we were out by 8:45 p.m. That would have been a really nice touch had another colleague not come out and proceedef to charge us for the entire night. That was Extremely Disappointing.
