10.0This hotel was so great and there are so many things that stand out. Our host/check in person, Nadine, was incredibly warm and welcoming- actually the friendliest person we had during out 11 day Europe vacation. The location was perfect and an easy walk to most everything - including the train to/from the airport. Our room was small but cozy with nice big windows that opened up for a fresh breeze. We also asked for additional pillows and were brought them quickly with no issues. The hot pot, snacks and mini fridge were a great addition as well. Also, a Starbucks as well as other cafes, restaurants and cute shops were minutes away from the front door. Oh there was also a cute bar off the lobby area that I wish we had time to visit. We didn’t get a chance to visit the breakfast buffet since we had a plane to catch, but it looked yummy!
