9.0Très bonne situation (Loop), belle chambre, literie extrêmement confortable, très bon service d'étage. Bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour dans la chambre. Bar sympa dans le Lobby. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel à la réception, bons conseils pour trajet à l'aéroport.
− Rien de grave mais pas de petit-déjeuner certains jours (dimanche et lundi pendant notre séjour), cuisine fermée, peu d'info à ce sujet.

− Very low standard, but very high price. Internet was slow, they couldn't tell me how fast the upgrade would be and then it disappeared as an option to upgrade. The sink wouldn't drain properly. No kitchen for breakfast for the two mornings I was there (Sunday and Monday) shocking considering the price. Tried to book another night, they couldn't deal with it at the desk, then price shot up to $700. Given the standard, rooms should never go past $200 in this premises.
